Our small business was created with one clear purpose: to remind people that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your body. Life moves fast, pressure is real, and struggles are more common than we admit. You’re not weak for needing a pause, support, or healing—you’re human.

We’re here to help break the stigma surrounding mental health by starting honest conversations and bringing light to something that’s too often kept in the dark. Through our mission, we aim to create awareness, encourage self-care, and remind everyone that it’s okay to not be okay. Change starts with awareness, and awareness starts with us.
